Essential Pool Information
What to wear
Please arrive at the pool swim-ready and you can change your little one at the pool.
Baby & Pre-school: A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWrap & Liner underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained. Why not buy one of our great value Swimming Kits which contain everything you need for your swim lesson?
What to bring
We recommend that you bring a spare towel and changing mat so that you have a dry comfortable surface to change your baby. The antibacterial neoprene baby changing mats are perfect and can go in the washing machine. Please take ALL nappies home with you.
Changing Rooms
There is a female changing room and a male changing room, both with a toilet and shower cubicle and benches/pegs. Please note, for health and safety reasons we are unable to provide changing mats for young children so please bring your own with you or a large towel to lay on the floor.
Additional Pool Information
- Customers can bring no more than 1 spectator per child to the class due to the size of the pool and acoustics.
- Spectator's shoes must be removed and left by the door to keep the pool area clean.
- Spectators must remain quiet and courteous at all times whilst poolside so as not to distract the teacher or the children
There is strictly no photographs or videoing during the lesson and this is permitted only at the end of the lesson.
No food and drink can be consumed at the pool.
