Essential Pool Information
What to wear
- Swim Academy customers will be given a swim hat at their first lesson
- All Swim Academy Children must wear swim hats in the pool. You can find these plus our range of goggles and other Swim Accessories here.
- All swimmers must shower prior to their lessons starting. We advise all children to come swim ready where possible.
What to bring
- Please bring your own towels as these are not provided.
Changing Rooms
- Walk through the gym and follow the blue flooring walkway to access the changing rooms. Female are on the left and male on the right.
- Showers, toilets, baby change station and lockers available.
- Lockers - place your items inside and open locker, close it, press C and 4-digit PIN of your choice, press key button turn the lock. To open it later, repeat the same process.
Additional Pool Information
- No spectators poolside
- Parents/guardians will escort their child to the changing rooms, where they will be collected by one of our Team
- Collect your child at the end of their lesson at the same point
- If your child is over 8 years old they need to use their own gender changing room
- Parents are asked to wait in the designated waiting area, so we know where you are
- No photography or Phones permitted in the changing rooms
- No photography policy during our lessons.
- The Hotel would like to offer our customers 20% discount on food & beverages during their visit in either the cafe or restaurant. You will just need to show your Puddle Ducks/Swim Academy online account to a member of staff.
- No food or drink permitted in the changing rooms.

- 4 children: 1 teacher (Swim Academy Level 1)
- 8 children: 2 teachers (Swim Academy Level 2)
- 8 children: 1 teacher (Swim Academy Level 3)
