We're back with Sara and Freda as they continue their Puddle Ducks journey and start to find their community, which is so important for new families!

My name is Sara and I am mum to baby Freda, who came into the world in a hurry back in April 2025. Freda is my fifth baby and my other children love the water, but are not competent swimmers at all. My day job when I'm not off enjoying time with Freda, Is the service lead for the Koala North West Breastfeeding peer support service.
